This is NOT a instruction video, but more of a casual walkthrough of steps I took using Windows 10 installing Windows98 onto the PCEM VM. The order I took in installing is not optimal, but a discovery in general. Maybe in the future I'll shorten the video, but the time chapters will help in speeding to parts you like to see. Enjoy!
