Outlined in this video are the stages, and stage-specific solutions. Please note: The Critical Incident in a proactive mobbing differs from that of a reactive mobbing (NB. I was mistaken about the nature of my mobbing, as it was actually proactive-turned-reactive - More specific video to follow): In a proactive mobbing, the critical incident covertly precedes Stage 1, and in a reactive mobbing it overtly occurs at Stage 3 - I will make a video to clarify this, but I digress...
