The Parker Fly was the invention of Ken Parker and Larry Fishman and set new standards in several ways: The first composite coated guitar, the first to come standard with a Piezo bridge and probably the thinnest neck joint you've ever seen.
This one is a Magik Blue Deluxe Fly, with a basswood neck and poplar body (not Alder as I said in the video). Sperzel Tuners and DiMarzio pickups complete the package and make this a high quality professional tool that is light enough to wear all night.
These are now getting very expensive, especially the Adrian Belew models, so if you see a good one, snap it up!
