Suffering is part of the human condition, but our resistance to it is what makes it linger.
This video invites a quiet reflection on the nature of pain and the power of letting go. Drawing on Buddhist ideas of acceptance and non-attachment, it explores how suffering arises not only from hardship itself, but from our refusal to accept it.
When we stop resisting what is, suffering loses its grip. By observing pain without judgment, we begin to understand: it moves through us like a wave—rising, cresting, and eventually passing.
Letting go does not mean denying difficulty. It means softening around it. Meeting it with awareness. And allowing space for clarity, resilience, and peace to return.
This is the practice of sitting with life as it is—not as we wish it to be.
