Seeing as New Line Cinema saw fit to remake a classic, I thought I would attempt to bring the theme tune more up to date.
Normally I dabble with trance music. This is my first attempt at a different genre, although I created it without any genre in mind.
I tried to keep as much of the "atmosphere" that was present in the original as possible, while adding a more modern style to it.

UPDATE: My remix has become the official Freddy Krueger music for the Team Fortress 2 mod, "Freak Fortress 2" :-)
LYRICS: 1 - 2 Freddy's coming for you, 3 - 4 better lock your door, 5 - 6 grab your crucifix, 7 - 8 better stay up late, 9 - 10 never sleep again.
