👉 8 Matured Coconut
👉 8 onces water

👉Coconut removal(from Amazon)

Cooking Pots👇
👉Non-stick skillet ( Preferable to avoid the curd from sticking on the pot)
👉Casserole pot

Preparation👇
1. Use blunt object to crack your Coconut
2. Remove the Coconut flesh from the shell
3. Cut/ shred Coconut into pieces to aid easy blending or juicing
4. Process the Coconut into milk by:
(a) using a blender to blend and strain the milk with a muslin cloth or a fine strainer.
(b) Or using a Juicer to extract the milk from the pulp 👇

The next stage is to:
(3) Leave the milk in covered container undisturbed for 24hrs to ferment
(4) Then afterwards refrigerate it for about 30mins
(5) Scoop the curd from the water or milk & discard the water
(6) If you use the juice to process the milk, no water will separate from the cured, it will be pure milk which you can cook to extract some oil (optional)
(7) cook the curd till it crystallises
(8)Allow the oil to cool down and strain it from the crystallised cured.
