A SLP filed by Tripura Govt in Supreme Court regarding a case Where judgement was passed on 16/07/2024 by Tripura High Court, where it was clearly stated that the teachers appointed prior to 29/07/2011 need not to pass TET for their regularisation in Service.
Now at the present scenario of mandatory Tet judgement by Supreme court on 01/09/2025 this case is very much important for all in service teachers of India.All eyes on Supreme Court on 19/11/2025 when this case will be heard.
