Описание: Filmed on 21/12/2022. So, this is it the final trainspotting session of 2022 and what an incredible year it has been. Through the good and the rough times, most things didn't always hold our progress down. Similar to how the first outing of the year finished, we conclude with an evenings trainspotting session at Haymarket (Season 9 Episode 45)

The gateway to Haymarket depot with the Five Circle Line, Edinburgh and beyond for west and eastern Scotland regions. ScotRail, LNER, Cross Country Trains, Avanti West Coast and Transpennine Express provides plenty of variety and loads of train action.

Interesting as it seems, Haymarket is based for ScotRail and for their Inter7City sets linking for Scotland seven cities. With most sets being 4 carriages and some have increased now to 5 carriages. However, the recent news that apparantly both Great Western Railway and ScotRail are planning to withdraw their HST sets into 2024. With rumours heard that ScotRail could see brand new investments into the class 222 Meridians bound for ScotRail to be used on the Inter7City sets.

But, every cloud does have a silver lining for Cross Country Trains and Colas Rail are still operating HST sets for Test Trains and long hauled services linking Scotland through to Cornwall. As ScotRail throughout the day has very good reputation and reliability of running their services and very few delays or cancelled trains.
