Leaders have a significant task to transform public services considering rising living costs, rising demand, diminishing budgets, an increasingly scarce workforce and ongoing turbulence around the world. Dr Stuart Brown from the National Institute for Play USA says: “Play is our natural way of adapting and developing new skills. It is what prepares us for emergence and keeps us open to new opportunities. It prepares us for ambiguity.” However the greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence itself but not stepping out with courage!

This highly interactive and practical session will help leaders step out with courage, inspiring their people and partners to collaboratively adapt and transform their organisations and communities. We will use the Lego® Serious Play® process to ground your learning from the week, exploring what does Connected, Collaborative, Courageous leadership look like in your reality, and how will you bring it to life to deliver real transformation.
