A winter walk with a camera, testing ideas and stress-testing my CLR SLD (Color Slide) project in conditions that actively do not care about creativity. Cold hands, dead batteries, empty streets, and trying to find color in a world that’s basically gray on gray. This is what working through ideas actually looks like—walking, looking, missing shots, finding a few that work, and pretending numb fingers are part of the plan.
Some experiments land, some absolutely do not. I also manage to crash my drone, because nothing keeps you humble like expensive equipment meeting frozen reality (watch till the end). This video is about making work year-round, embracing bad conditions, and showing up even when everything feels slightly miserable and mildly ridiculous.
