The New Cities Catapult is an investment accelerator program to support early-stage new city and SEZ projects. At the New Cities Summit, multiple projects pitched to a panel of experts, including Uxene Smart City.
Uxene Smart City in Maputo, Mozambique, is a sustainable mixed-use development designed to house 350,000 people with integrated residential, commercial, industrial, and ecological zones. Phase 1 (2025–2030) will deliver core infrastructure and anchor projects, including a university, hospital, and residential zones.
