Difference between data analyst and business analyst.
The primary distinction between a data analyst and a business analyst is their main focus. Data analysts concentrate on examining complex datasets to uncover patterns and trends, whereas business analysts aim to understand business needs and offer strategic recommendations based on data insights.

Similarities:
Despite their distinct focuses, data analysts and business analysts share several similarities in the skills they require. Both roles need strong analytical abilities and proficiency in SQL and other programming languages to interpret data and generate insights.

Moreover, both positions demand excellent communication skills to effectively convey their findings to stakeholders who might not have a data analysis background. Additionally, both roles require the ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.
