Innes: His statline is in between Louise's (FE7) and her son, Klein's (FE6). Yet Innes higher Con is not affected much by the brave bow, which is the most useful weapon in most combat.

Despite his great base stats, Innes' brash, arrogant behaviour can be quite annoying at times. As I'm trying not to hate on him whenever he talk down to everyone, I realized that once I skipped the dialogues, I don't hate him that much. Gotta love that start button.

Sniper problems: If surrounded by enemies, somehow they cannot attack even when they had a bow equipped. Can't they just whack the enemies with the bow? FE Logic.

Tana: Her statline is between FE7's Florina and Fiora. However, her base stat to base level ratio is much higher than the pegasus sisters. In other words, Tana's bases are quite high.

Well, she had the "damsel in distress" issue, like FE6's Lilina. With no initial equipped weapon, she might be seen as a nuisance as the player has to fork out an extra weapon just for her to be useful in the chapter. However, even just with an iron lance, her 10 effective combat speed is still fast enough to fight most of the enemies in her recruitment level, unlike a certain recruit with a slim lance.. ahem.

The Lagdou 10 Irony:

It is such a mysterious place that it defies the "tier ratings" for all weapons. Nidhogg is actually worse than the Brave Bow when it comes to offense, despite being a sacred twin. As the dracozombies can actually fly, all bows are effective against them. Nidhogg's 2x multiplier isn't that much, a Silver Bow might be the better alternative (3x multiplier), while cheaper too. The only reason why I used Nidhogg instead of the Brave Bow to bait is because of the lower Wt, but RNG isn't happy to help Innes to dodge the hits.

As for Dragonspear VS Vidofnir, you can see that the dragonspear is slightly better.

1) The 5DEF from Vidofnir has no effect when the dracozombies basically ignores them. (Same)

2) Vidofnir's higher hit rate doesn't matter too because your units will be hitting 100% with either weapon. (Same)

3) Dragonspear has a lower Wt, which reduces the penalty of combat speed if unit has a low Con, eg Tana. (Dragonspear)

Normally Wyvern Knights are better than Falcoknights in most situations, but in Ruins 10, Falcoknights are far superior. Wyvern Knights are bad here mainly due to the Pierce Glitch and the inability to wield the Wind Sword.
