Software in Development by MDA for The Online Approval of Map Plans for Houses

Описание: MDA has begun developing computer software that will allow consumers to get online approval of maps of their homes from the authority.
The one-window operation launched by MDA will be based on Information Technology (IT) which will introduce the option of submitting online plans for your home. This will reduce the hassle of a large number of people gathering at the MDA office to approve their plans.
The MDA will only need computers or smartphones to submit plans, which will make the whole process ten times easier. The MDA has also promised to simplify the procedure required for approval of maps of multi-storey or commercial buildings.
People can now get their map plan prepared by a registered architect with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners, but it must be in accordance with the MDA's bylaws.
