My baking recipe for a small cake
As I don't use butter in my baking so I have to use sesame oil instead
Most of the recipes are eggless due to my family one of them is vegan.
After exploring different kinds of mixture
I came out with some recipes mainly by volume as you can see instead of weighing it, with all the grams problem.
I use a small oven ware with a lid at the beginning to do it in the oven,
pre heat at 180 C for 5-10 mins,
once all in, at 160 C for 25-30 mins
depending on how big and
how many and also the
weather condition.
The trip is just checked at 25 mins
and see if the top is cooked and dry,
then uncover for 7-10 mins at 140 C, always place at the lower rack.
When you smell the cake and see the surface is lightly brown, turn off and let it sit for another 5 mins.
Take out and cool on the rack for 10 mins.
Using a sharpie small knife to loosen
the edge and push a few times
with a wooden fork as shown
in my videos to lose the base.
If you are using non stick ware, you can't do with a sharpen knife.
You can loosen the side first and
it will cool down faster at the base
I did not line or dust or oil the base
if you prefer, some other baking method you may put in some oil is good,
as I keep exploring different ways
of baking mainly for fun and shared it.
