Warning, this is 26 mins of your life you can’t get back. This is raw video of my first time using the Wood Flame and ember glow to grill a cut of 1.5” thick beef tenderloin. My goal was for low and slow so it took some time (cold temps didn’t help). I did lower the burner in my Freestyle since searing was not my goal. There is no music or talking, just sizzling! Again it’s long…lol, enjoy!
