After work evening session riding the jump bike down at Pendle Pump Track (aka Mandy’s Pump Track). This place is my second home and my outdoor gym in the summer months when the weather is good and the days are long. Laps after laps getting in the HIIT training and developing bike skills with both the younger and older generations. It really is a quality place to ride, designed and built by professionals.
