I started this video after the fifth episode of Chihayafuru aired in November. At first, before I knew what the rest of the series would being, I was planning on making this video completely centered around Chihaya, Arata, and Taichi, but then I decided to wait. I am so glad I did, especially since I would have missed out on the other three members of the karuta club. So I finished watching the anime, but through that time I didn't have much inspiration, but when the last two episodes aired, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with this video. I finished the majority of the video this past weekend while I was in Canada for spring break, and I am so excited to finally see this finished. This is pretty much exactly the way I envisioned it in my head, and I hope I could really do a fantastic series like this one justice.

I just want to point out, that if you have not seen this anime yet, I recommend it a thousand times over. Although Ouran is still my absolute favorite, Chihayafuru is now my second favorite anime out of all the ones I have seen thus far. It moved me to tears at some points and hade me laughing so hard other times. It's beautifully animated and the characters are so well devoloped, it's fun to see them change in their own special way through the series. Ahh, I'm done ranting now, but go watch it! You won't be sorry! ;)
