REFRESHING Oxygen Blend with Calcium, Potassium--and now Magnesium!

Our long-time most popular uploads have been our oxygen-related ones, and we are so glad that many of you obviously have found them so helpful that you have continued to make much use of them!

So here is another Oxygen-based blend that includes Magnesium!
This is a 20 minute or so audio, but you could start with as little as 10 minutes to observe any responses your body may or may not have. To assist with those of you who may wish to listen for just 10 minutes... or all the way through...and then an extra 10 minutes for a total of 30 minutes... (It's best to start with smaller increments and increase gradually to find the "sweet spot" for your body's response to any "sound energy renewal" frequency sessions. It's better not to overdo any of these types of energy-shift explorations especially since there are no exact "dosages" involved. What I have found, personally, is that the frequencies seem to maximize your body's receptivity to the nutrients you are already getting.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't actually "make oxygen" out of "thin air", for example. But working with these frequencies, I have found that I'm breathing more deeply, instinctively, and noticing how "yummy" the air is to me...even in "regular" environments where I never really noticed before. So yes, I'm one of a growing number of explorers with this frequency who is becoming quite convinced that, on the receiving end, it certainly is raising the "bio-availability" of the oxygen.

As to the other nutrients in this blend we now they're essential to us... as a rule of thumb... twice as much calcium (or the standard in supplements 2.5 times, or 10:4 ratio) as magnesium... and somewhere in that range (2 to 3 times) for potassium over calcium, but having been an avid student (student only, with much reading, but far from a nutritional "expert") for over 40 years now.... I realize there are many different "takes" on these things, and the needs of each individual body vary...even day by day.

The main thing I go by, as with all these things, is just to listen to my body. And trust that, in general, it will tend to stop taking in what it doesn't need...especially when working with frequencies, but anything can be overdone.

Also, as an essential practice when doing any "body work" or "energy work" is to keep the water supply handy... and "obey your thirst"! If you can do that, you may have much better responses as a rule. There are so many aspects to all of this, and "whole worlds" of possibility seem to await us in the amazing realms of working with sound and frequency. So there's no end to what I could share as I continue to explore with you some of these amazing possibilities. All I will say for now is... "stay tuned"... to your body... and to whatever may offer you a "wing lift" in body, mind, spirit... in whatever way is most needed in each moment!
