So lately I’ve really been into the details of the eye makeup world and I’ve discovered this lash product. It’s a primer before mascara! I am Filipino, Polynesian, and Spanish and I live for false lashes because my lashes are just non existent. I don’t even bother on my lower lashes but..this primer is amazing and I’m definitely going to use it with not only my L’Oréal mascara but all my other mascaras. Btw just a heads up. It does have a powderful smell almost like a perfume but it’s not unpleasant and goes away! Enjoy 🖤
