Agent outreach is a methodology that I teach in my mentorship program Astroflipping. Unfortunately, there is this misconception that agent outreach is about building a relationship with just one agent with the expectation that this one agent will go out there and do the work for us. The truth is, agent outreach does not work that way. The business is agent outreach and this means that we need to talk to as many agents. We should be aiming for at least 50 conversations with agents a day, aiming to develop strong relationships with each one but at the same time knowing that some of them will throw us to the curb.
