Описание: The two-handed tennis backhand is one of the most efficient strokes in tennis. If hit correctly, it can also produce damaging effects on your opponent. In this video, I go over the two key points all two-handed tennis backhand players must do to hit exceptional backhands. The first is keeping the racquet head above the hands on the take back. The second is to drop the racquet head below the hands on the forward swing. This is commonly referred to as the "slot" position. By getting the racquet under the ball, we can produce a lot more power and topspin. Instead of focusing on a dozen things to do to hit a powerful tennis two handed backhand, I just focus on these two key points in the video. Watch the video and then practice getting into this position before you hit on the court. Once your on the court, and if you do it right, you should see a big difference.
