TEAM MATCH FISHING on the Shropshire Union Canal - DIVISION 2 NATIONAL

Описание: Saturday 23rd September saw me return to the Shropshire Union Canal, team match fishing in the Angling Trust Division 2 National Championships. With a field of 37 teams of 10, this was the biggest match I've fished in a long time. I was representing WICAC Jacobs who kindly provided sponsorship for the team shirts.

I was allocated D section which was pegged at Hack Green, site of the WWII 'secret nuclear bunker'. This section is approximately 2 miles in length between the bridges and typically the peg set drawn put me right in the middle of it!

I won't go into detail here as to the approach I took as it's all contained within the video but needless to say the lessons learned at Little Onn in the WICAC the week before and the combined knowledge from the rest of the team helped me refine my approach.
