Welcome to the sixth "does it matter" episode where we are trying to find ways to make my third generation honda civic faster so it can eventually do a sub 9 minute nurburgring laptime. In this sixth episode we will test if a brake upgrade will make it possible to shorten my brake distance and time so I can lower my lap times.
We used a set of Brembo max 242mm discs, Ferodo DS2400 Brake pads and we upgraded the calipers to EG4 calipers. Don't worry though as we will do a big brake upgrade later on as well, but I need to upgrade my wheels and tires before I do that.
Next brake related upgrade will probably be a rear disc conversion
