A very old method for reprogramming your background beliefs using a simple string of beads. Long used to correct the behavior of novice monks, this is a simple way, practiced twice per day, to make profound changes in your life. Simply recite your chosen precept before going to sleep and again upon waking. It uses positive reinforcement to make changes that most people use pure force of will to accomplish.
