As I show in this Scaler 2 review, Scaler 2 is an incredibly powerful tool for music production. It let's you quickly dial in complex chords, arpeggios, and scales with just a few buttons. Using Scaler 2 in Reason is a fantastic way to expand your palette, however, I'll note that you can directly control Reason's synths using Scaler 2 because Reason 11 does not support internal midi routing. However, you can tweak your own chord progressions and melodies on the fly. Scaler 2 also includes lots of great sounds and performance options.
