Описание: Today we see more and more “Orange Wine” being offered by retailers / restaurants and it has become particularly popular with the younger generation of wine drinkers. Note that the copper coloring is derived from the maceration process in which the grape skin is intact. The grapes are typically within the white grape family, but with an orange/ copper tinge such as Fruliano. Today we taste an Orange Wine from Slovenia, blended with the Fruliano grape. Slovenia’s wine regions lie in close proximity to the Italian border. Its wine growing history dates back to the Roman Empire, but the strife caused by the ultimate breakup of Yugoslavia hampered its modern progress.
