Epic Nerf gun battlefield in the backyard

We had a Nerf war in our backyard for my son's birthday. In this video I show you the battlefield that we built from mostly pallet wood. This project required very little building skill, not much time, and it was reasonably inexpensive (the kids helped make it too). The most expensive thing is the pallet wood, but there are definitely places to get it for free. If you have any questions about what we did or how we did it, comment below. Thanks for watching.
Items Needed for Nerf Battlefield:
Pallets (we used 15 or so)
Some longer pieces of scrap wood for the top of the bases. We used some scrap 2x4s and tree stakes. If you don't have scrap wood, you'll probably need to buy 6-8 2x4s to be safe. Remember to put them on the top of the base, but also on the side too to help reinforce the base.
Hay (optional). You could easily use branches instead.
Some scrap wood to screw the pallets together in a V shape (as shown in the video)
Branches
Screws
One gallon of paint
One can of cheap black spray paint (we paid $1 at Lowes for the cheapest stuff they had)
