New Brews in the Colorado Mountains at Cafe Silverbrick in Georgetown

Описание: Throughout the pandemic, brewers have been creative in keeping their doors open. Tim from Strange Craft Beer Co and Steve from Guanella Pass Brewing are no different.

What’s brewing in Georgetown? Cafe Silverbrick, baby! A new piece of Guanella Pass Brewing, slated to open this summer. Tim from Strange Craft in Denver is helping out with the beers, and we were lucky enough to grab a taste of what will be on tap. (Although the Kolsch wasn't ready yet.)

Tim will be brewing for Steve’s brand new restaurant in Georgetown, Cafe Silverbrick, opening this summer 2021!

Get excited! because these beers are matching up with the awesome food that will also be served at Cafe Silverbrick.

Cafe Silverbrick will specialize in Alpine-style cuisine, with menu items such as French onion soup ad beef Bourguignon, to name a just a couple.

On tap:
Norwegian Farmhouse Ale brewed with juniper berries and kveik yeast
French Saison with ginger
European IPA made with Edelweiss hops
Schwarzbier with coffee roasted at Guanella Pass Brewing in Empire (Tessera Coffee Roasters)
Belgian Tafelbier (table beer) with Reisling grape juice
Classic Kolsch
