Cranberries and Dates Chutney Recipe :
Ingredients :
2 1/2 cups dried cranberries
3 cups pitted dates
1 tablespoon Himalaya pink salt
Table salt to taste
Kashmiri red chili powder to taste
2 tablespoons coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
Add cranberries, dates, Himalaya pink salt, cumin and coriander powder and 4 cups water into a pressure cooker.
Stir and close the lead with the whistle on and let it whistle three times on medium flame. Turn off the stove and let the pressure cooker depressurize naturally.
Puree everything into a smooth paste and add salt, chili powder and two cups water.
Let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Delicious chutney is ready to serve and store.
Store into refrigerator for four months and over a year into freezer.
