Saturday morning paddle with the Sydney Seanuts.
Launched from Clontarf Reserve in Middle Harbour. Paddled out of Middle Harbour passing Grotto Point, and across the ferry lanes to North Head.
Rounded North Head and headed north briefly before returning to the Harbour and heading to the Quarantine Station for coffee.
Returned to Clontarf.
A warm day with light winds. Calm in the Harbour, though somewhat bouncy offshore with multiple swell directions and rebounding waves, not to mention a huge cruiser (not pictured) doing about 30 knots that came uncomfortably close to us as we returned around the tip of North Head - the wake was bigger than the 4.5 ft NE swell.
