I'm an alienated father - and an adult alienated child. I've tried twice before to see my dad but he made it quite clear he wanted me to stay away. Almost ten years since my last attempt, I'm trying again, possibly for the last time. This video shows you that children do not estrange from their parent without extremely good reasons - and it takes many many years before reaching that decision. Young adults who estrange from their parents will have had influences from unhealthy people behind this decision - it is highly likely there was alienation. The video also shows you what happened on my third and final visit to my alienated dad, me at the age of 57.
