We rented a mini tractor/backhoe from Home Depot .... and cleared half of our property.
Next step we will plan and design the location for our first structure and then mark it out and start digging holes for our concrete forms.

Eventually this little piece of land will be a beautiful desert oasis!!
Bushy trees, green grass, beautifully designed cabins and pools and hot tubs galore!!
