After riding the red trail centre a couple of weeks ago and the shoulder feeling ok. I took another trip up to Hamsterley with my mates, who showed me around some of the black trail centre. The black trail centre at Hamsterley isn't that severe (apart from the downhill) I would probably say that the black here is more like a red. The day was one of the most enjoyable days on the bikes I've had in a long time, how mountain biking should be. Good times, good friends and good trails. You just can't beat it.
