Today I decided to make homemade Mozzarella. I am glad to try this recipe, even though you only need two ingredients for it! The cheese is extremely tasty and creamy.
Mozzarella recipe:
For 2 liters of homemade milk
3-4 tablespoons of 9% vinegar
It is best to use homemade milk. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 night, remove most of the cream in the morning and start heating. The milk should be pleasantly warm. It is best to check the temperature by dipping your finger in the milk. It should not burn your finger. Add vinegar 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly. Wait for the whey to separate and remove the cheese. Next, stretch it in hot water as shown in the video and form mozzarella balls.
! Don't worry about the presence of vinegar in the recipe! This does not affect the taste of cheese, you will not feel acid or other unpleasant aftertaste.
