Introducing The Woodgrafter Speed Plate......

Having just built my new bench, including a router table insert. I wanted to fit my Incra LS Positioner. However, I wanted to be able to quickly remove the positioner when not in use, and quickly add it back again when required.

The complexity is to ensure that it ALWAYS lines up 100% square to the MFT style tops no matter where I put it on the table.

The solution utilises the Quad Dog basis from Benchdogs.co.uk and a shop-made speed plate for speed and accuracy. This solution takes around 2 hours to make, take less than 2 mins to install and is 100% accurate every time.

The Woodgrafter Speed Plate will work on any MFT style table and can be adapted quickly and easily to attach pretty much anything to the table.
