Our 11 mile walk to Scar House Reservoir in Nidderdale from Lofthouse in Yorkshire. It was a beautiful walk over hills and dales in glorious springtime sun. Walk the edge of Nidderdale’s most famous reservoir, crossing the immense Scar House Dam with its teetering viewing platform (not for vertigo sufferers) and pass through the lost village of Lodge.
