As my team can deal enough damage, I've decided to burst down Shiva on phase 2 first. If you cannot do that then defeat Parvati first like in phase 1, be careful on the turn you defeat Parvati as Shiva will deal damage immediately.
Healing is very ineffective while Shiva is alive on phase 2 so make sure you don't take any chip damage.
