3 x 10-15 Sumo Deadlift
3 x 10-12 Front Foot Elevated Reverse Lunge
Superset for 3 sets:
-Weighted Hip Thrust 15-20 reps
-Gluteator (can sub for abduction machine) 12-15 reps
2 x 20 reps bent leg hyperextenson
*10 weighted followed by 10 bodyweight
