In this video, I’ll show you how to make a simple ON/OFF latch switch circuit using a BC557 transistor and IRFZ44N MOSFET.
This circuit lets you turn ON a load with one press and turn it OFF with the next — no relay or IC needed! It works perfectly with a 12V battery for lights, motors, or other DC loads.
This is one of the most reliable and easy transistor-MOSFET latch circuits, perfect for DIY electronics and Arduino power control projects.
Components Used:
BC557 PNP Transistor
IRFZ44N N-Channel MOSFET
1µF Capacitor
10kΩ, 100kΩ, 1MΩ Resistors
Push Button Switch
12V DC Battery
