In this video, I upgrade the instrument cluster of my BMW E46 from the stock orange backlight to the iconic BMW M style — white gauges and red needles.
This is a full DIY conversion using LEDs and soldering, showing the transformation Before & After.

🔧 What’s done:
• Changed gauge backlighting from orange to white
• Replaced needle lights to bright red (M style)
• Full disassembly, soldering, and testing
