In this video, I show you how to make a pull up bar out of your EZ bar, or curl bar. You can really use any sturdy bar/pole for this as well. I have installed on the floor joists in my basement.
Materials are listed in the video
2 - 2 x 12 - 16 inches long
4 - 4" bolts and nuts to fit
4 - ½" washers
Tools needed
Drill
2" hole saw (deep)
½" drill bit
tape measure
