From the raw energy of late '80s rave tapes to international gigs in Jamaica and Ayia Napa – this is my story. I’m DJ Rush, and this is how Jungle, Speed Garage, 2-Step, and Dub shaped not just my sound, but my life.

🔊 Early Influences
Inspired by the Jungle movement of the early '90s, I started spinning vinyl and landed my first residency at Speed in 1995. From there, it was all-night sessions, pirate radio, and raw underground energy.

🎚️ Evolution of Sound
As the late ‘90s brought darker Dub and 2-Step Garage, I kept pushing boundaries—playing across Milton Keynes and beyond, keeping the vibe alive through experimentation and passion.

👶 A Pause & A Return
The early 2000s saw me step back for fatherhood, but the music never left. By the mid-2000s, I was back behind the decks—this time on pirate and internet radio, and eventually taking my sound global.

🌍 Where I’ve Been
From small underground venues to big names across the UK and beyond—Jamaica, Ayia Napa, and more—music has been my constant.
