Mini Keema Naan
Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Lukewarm milk 1 ½ cup
Ingredients for Keema Preparation:
Oil 3 tbsp
Beef mince 1 kg
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Ingredients for Mini Keema Naan:
Prepared dough
Prepared keema filling
Beaten eggs as required
All-purpose flour as required
Sesame seeds as required
Directions for Dough Preparation:
In a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, milk, yogurt and knead a smooth dough. Cover it with cloth and let it rest for 15-20 mins.
Directions for Keema Preparation:
In a pan heat oil and add beef keema. Cook until it changes color.
Add onion, red chili flakes, garlic powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, coriander powder and cook for 3-4 mins.
Add yogurt and cook for 1-2 mins.
Now add water and cover and cook until keema is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Mini Keema Naan Preparation:
Take the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts.
Take one part and flatten it with the rolling pin.
Add keema filling on it and make a potli shape from this dough.
Now flatten it into naan shape. Prick holes with fork on it.
Brush eggs on it and then sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 10-12 mins.
Your Mini Keema Naan is ready.
