[01:18] Suji (Semolina): 1/2 cup
[00:49] Seasoning: 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes, and fresh Coriander
[03:04] Tempering: 1 tbsp Oil, 1tbsp udar dal,1 tsp Mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
[03:17] Aromatics: 1 large Onion (chopped), Curry leaves, and 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste , and Green Chilli
[04:04] Vegetables: 1/2 cup Green Peas, 1/4 cup chopped cauliflower, 1/4 cup chopped Carrot, and 2 medium Tomatoes
[05:04] Spices: 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric, and 1 tsp Salt (adjust as needed)
[05:16] Secret Ingredient: 1 tbsp Noodle Masala (like Maggi Masala-e-Magic)
[06:08] Water: 1.5 cups (for the gravy)
