Hey lovely people!!
This is the best leg and gluten workout I have had in such a while:
WORKOUT:
1. Hip Thrusts 15 Reps to pre exhaust, 12 Reps 4 Sets
2. SUPERSET: Split squats 15 reps each leg, frog pumps 15 reps
3. Sumo Deadlifts 12 Reps 4 Sets
4. SUPERSET: Single Leg Bridges 12/15 reps, From Pumps on your back 10 reps
5. Single leg cable kick backs: 12 reps 3 sets each leg
6. Lying leg curls: 20/30 reps pre-exhaust: 8 reps 4 sets
