This week I've been very busy baking a focaccia and making my festive eggnog for my friends. I've also met my friend's horse Lexie and I must say I am absolutely and utterly smitten. What a sweetheart! Actually, I've never sat on a horse, should I have a riding lesson? But most importantly, I am expressing my most heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who subscribed, watched and commented in the last week. My channel has grown so much and it's all down to you, my lovely followers! I hope 2026 will treat us well and we will be able to get to know each other a bit more.
