Описание: Today I am sharing with you the gift of self acceptance. As stated in the video, this is something we are all worthy of. It is my personal belief that self acceptance is not something that can be given or taken from you, it is something you are entitled to as a living being on Earth. If this sentiment was accepted widely, I think we would see a decline in violence. The phrase "hurt people hurt people" is overused and cliche but there is immense truth in those words. I've been bullied by people in my life because they envied my light and the fact that I accept myself for who I am. If they were able to do the same I would have avoided so many tears, and a few of them could have been my friends...

We need to let people know they are worthy of acceptance and love for themselves, because it's true and the impacts of more people understanding it in a meaningful way would be huge.

Do not think for a moment I don't have to remind myself of the things I say in this video.I struggle with logical understandings and emotional reactions. But through reading and meditation, I've tapped into this knowledge. Knowledge which exists within all of us that we have been forced to forget.

None of this is to say that you should not improve anything in your life that you are unhappy with. If you are unhappy with anything that you have the ability to change, then change is exactly what you need to do. This video's purpose is to help you understand self compassion to be able to live the life you are destined to live. The life you want to live is the life you are meant for.
