As many Americans planned or left to celebrate Independence Day, Big Labor Politicians were pushing legislation to take away every working person in America's freedom.
William L. Messenger, the National Right To Work Attorney who made government employee Mark Janus' successful arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court, provided expert witness testimony before this U.S. House Sub Committee considering two Big Labor Boss supported bills. One Bill for the Private Sector (PRO Act HR-5718) and one for the Public Sector (PSFNA HR-6238).
Both bills, according to Mr. Messenger, seek to increase union officials' power over employees.
The public sector bill imposes federal controls over state and local government employees bringing up serious 10th amendment constitutional questions.
The PRO Act also has provisions that may make the National Labor Relations Act unconstitutional if amended as written.
