You have to start somewhere... and in this video I go back and react to some of my first long form videos.

My journey
2018: I realised I wanted to become an entrepreneur.
2019: I started watching, listening, and reading business content and self-development books.
2019: I tried to sell my first custom t-shirts. Only 1 sale to family.
2020: I bought party speakers and was going to rent them out, then came covid lockdown. No activity.
2021: Two speaker rental sales due to SEO, but I closed the business after I moved out and started at Business School.
2022: I started working on a charity app, but stopped when I went on academic exchange.
2022: During exchange, I read GaryVee's "Crushing it" and started watching Alex Hormozi, both who helped me realise that I just need to start something.
2022: During exchange, I start DSCPLN Apparel—a print-on-demand clothing brand with Japanese-inspired designs.
2023: I start a challenge to post daily for 6 months, try running ads, try running giveaways, try DMs to get sales. A few friend-sales and only 1 stranger-sale.
2023: I realise that I don't want a clothing brand, that I have a huge passion for business education, that I'm a fairly decent teacher, and that I can stick this next idea out until it works.
2023: I have the idea: "what if there was a business degree where someone can enter, start a business, work on it, and graduate with actual revenue, and this is a certainty from the beginning?". Here, the idea for a global startup academy that puts client results first emerged.
2023: I start reaching out to people to get my first free clients because I know I will need proof for anyone to pay me.
2024: My first free clients make close to $2,000.
2024: Go on academic exchange again. No real work done.
2025: Get next free clients. Now I know I want to help them make at least $1000 in 90 days.
2025: Finish free work with first clients making their first $14,000.

I'm not special. I've just decided I won't ever quit.
